Presenting author can pay the registration fee after getting the result of their abstracts
Read and confirm all items in the Abstract Submission Guideline
Submit the abstract via the online submission platform
After your abstract submission, an acknowledgement email with the abstract ID will be sent to the presenting author
To view the submitted abstract can go to "My Abstract(s)" under the user dashbaord
The Inclusion of tables and figures is strongly DISCOURAGED. Authors are encouraged to describe the content of figures or tables in text form within the abstract, and to present figures and tables during the oral or poster presentation instead.
Nevertheless, if the inclusion of a figure or a table is deemed absolutely necessary for the proper understanding of the abstract, authors must comply with the following regulations.
A Figure and table that do not comply with the requirements above and are considered inappropriate may be removed without prior notice.
Figures or tables that are unclear, including those with illegible text, may also be removed without prior notice.

The presenting authors are required to include an APSR Disclosure form when presenting the abstract. The Disclosure form will be provided to presenting authors of accepted abstracts after result notification.

What is NOT accepted in the TiP Abstract:
Oral presentation will be held on specified dates and locations.
Abstracts are grouped by topic, numbered and listed in the program, and published in the abstract book (Respirology supplement).
Presentation slides may be submitted in advance via abstract submission portal.
Presenting authors should save the presentation slides in a USB memory device and submit them to the Preview Room at least 1 day before the scheduled session.
Presenting authors should be at the session room at least 15 minutes before the scheduled session. It is their personal responsibility to check their presentation beforehand.
Each presenting author is given 7 minutes to present the abstract followed by 3-minute open discussion (led by the Session chair/s).
Presenting author must put the Disclosure Slide sent by the Congress Secretariat into their presentation slides.
Poster presentation will be held on specified dates and locations.
Abstracts are grouped by topic, numbered and listed in the program, and published in the abstract book (Respirology supplement).
Each poster display should be confined within the limits of the area assigned:
Presenting authors shall install and remove their posters according to the schedule assigned by the Congress Secretariat.
Presenting authors should be available at his/her poster during any allocated poster sessions. Session will be limited to a maximum of 5 minutes per poster and will be led by the facilitator.
Poster presenting author must decorate Disclosure Slide sent by the Congress Secretariat above their presentation posters.
