Dr Parameswaran Nair is the Frederick E. Hargreave Teva Innovation Chair in Airway Diseases & Professor of Medicine in the Division of Respirology at McMaster University in Hamilton, providing tertiary care to patients with severe asthma and other complex airway and eosinophilic lung diseases. His laboratory has contributed to over 375 peer-reviewed publications (h-index 83), and has been recognized by a Canada Research Chair, fellowships of the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences, European Respiratory Society, American College of Chest Physicians, American Thoracic Society, and inducted memberships of the Collegium Internationale Allergologicum and the National Academy of Medical Sciences of India.
