Soo Chin Chan

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chan Soo Chin is an Associate Professor and Consultant Rehabilitation Physician at Universiti Malaya, with clinical and research interests in pulmonary, stroke and neurological rehabilitation. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Global Health at the University of Edinburgh, focusing on pulmonary rehabilitation service delivery and implementation in Malaysia. She is actively involved in pulmonary rehabilitation research and capacity-building across Asia, particularly in low- and middle-income settings, including a multicountry trial involving Bangladesh, India and Malaysia. She is also actively involved in regional and international education and collaborative initiatives aimed at improving access to and delivery of pulmonary rehabilitation.
