Shih-Yu Chen

Dr. Shih-Yu Chen is an attending pulmonologist in the Department of Internal Medicine at National Taiwan University Hospital, Hsin-Chu Branch, Taiwan. He serves as a lecturer at the National Taiwan University College of Medicine. His research focuses on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pulmonary rehabilitation, frailty and sarcopenia, inhalation therapy, and respiratory infections. Dr. Chen has published peer-reviewed articles in many SCI journals. He has received the Asian Pacific Society of Respirology (APSR) Young Investigator Award and Young Investigator Travel Award at 2022 and 2025, respectively.
