Prof. Rovina Ruslami, MD, PhD, is a professor of pharmacology at the Universitas Padjadjaran, Bandung, Indonesia. Having completed her PhD in clinical pharmacology, she continues doing research focusing on how we can optimize TB treatment—particularly through high-dose rifampicin—to improve patient outcomes. For her works in the field of global health, she received national and international recognition: the Habibie Award from the Habibie Center, Indonesia, and the Christiaan Eijkman Award from the KIT, The Netherlands.
