Coral Gartner
Professor Coral Gartner is the director of the National Health and Medical Research Council-funded Centre of Research Excellence on Achieving the Tobacco Endgame based at the University of Queensland. She is also an Australian Research Council Future Fellow, the Australian country lead for the ITC Project, lead researcher of the Interdisciplinary Tobacco Endgame Research Network funded by a National Health and Medical Research Council grant, and is the chair of the Editorial Advisory Board for Tobacco Control, the leading international journal in the tobacco control field. Professor Gartner has a disciplinary background in Environmental Health and Epidemiology. Since completing her PhD in 2006, her research has focussed on tobacco control policy.
